Maintained standards of discipline and performance, performed written and oral evaluations, and property accountability that enhanced productivity and unit efficiency.
Commended for a helicopter operational readiness rate of over 85%, the highest in MAG-24.
Obtained high readiness without sacrificing safety. Not a single class C mishap or greater while the Maintenance Officer with HMT-301.
Responsible for safely training over 37 new CH-53D copilots and over 57 new air crewmen in 3 years as flight instructor with HMT-301.
